Savvy Seats plans offer better transaction rates based on your loyalty and commitment. For small, one-time events, the Standard plan may be ideal. If you sell a higher volume of tickets annually—whether for one big event or multiple—you can get better rates with the Premium plan and a longer-term commitment.

Savvy Seats gives you credit for fees when you refund tickets or cancel an event, unlike most ticketing services that charge extra or keep the fees.

You can switch your plan and upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. However, any pre-paid fees, including monthly fees, annual fees, or setup fees are non-refundable.

Savvy Seats' percentage fee is based on the final invoice amount, meaning you only pay fees on the discounted ticket price, not the original price.

You’ll be billed monthly on the same date you signed up, with payments made via credit card, debit card, or PayPal. Fees are deducted per sale if your payment processor allows, otherwise, they’re added to your bill. Auto-pay with a saved payment method is required to use Savvy Seats.

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard with no cancellation fees or long-term contracts, but pre-paid fees are non-refundable. Cancellations take effect immediately and must be done by the plan owner. Monthly or annual fees will continue until you manually cancel or downgrade your plan.

We know the frustration of unexpected price hikes after you're invested in a service. Savvy Seats Events values loyalty and has never increased fees for active clients. Locking in a longer-term plan ensures your rate stays the same. However, switching plans at any time means your new rate will follow the pricing at that moment.

When selling tickets online, fees include ticketing, payment processing, and delivery. Unlike others, Savvy Seats Events lets you pick your payment processor and get paid directly. Most delivery methods are free, but you can charge buyers if needed.

Savvy Seats Events gives you full control over the service charge, allowing you to decide how much the buyer pays. You can pass the fees (ticketing, processing, etc.) onto the buyer, absorb them, or even increase the service charge for extra revenue. Fees apply to the total invoice amount, including service charges, so your fees may vary slightly.

Savvy Seats Events is compatible with most payment processors including: Stripe, Square, PayPal, Authorize.net (any bank payment processor), Braintree, PayTabs, CenPos, PayU (India)

Savvy Seats Events supports a wide range of payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover), digital wallets (ApplePay, GooglePay, AmazonPay, CashApp Pay), financing options (Afterpay, Klarna), PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle. It also includes country-specific methods like iDEAL, Bancontact, and Sofort, as well as cash or bank transfer options. You can configure the payment methods based on your preferences and the buyer’s location.
